Children's dreams about their futures are built by what they see around them, and with the erasure of DEI initiatives in the workplace, children of color will find it more difficult to see themselves in notable positions and professions. The NAACP will show corporations the error of their ways by highlighting that the dreamers of tomorrow are watching today.
NAACP x Nas
Legendary rapper Nas will team up with the NAACP to sponsor the I Can Scholarship. This scholarship provides financial assistance and mentorship to underrepresented youth, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and aspirations in areas where there is a lack of representation.

NAACP x TED
The NAACP and TED are joining forces to launch Titans of Tomorrow, a touring TEDxTalk panel that will visit various HBCUs. The panel will feature Black youth sharing their passions, perspectives, and visions for the future. In rooms where speakers can see themselves in the audience, they are empowered to speak boldly, dream bigger, and lead with confidence.
